Agreement to Terms

By booking and using our photo booth rental and content creation services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms outlined in this agreement, you may not access our services.

Services

Our services include, but are not limited to:

Rental of photo booth equipment (Selfie Booth, 360 Booth, Velour DSLR Booth).
Provision of props and backdrops as specified in your package.
Creation of digital content, including photos, GIFs, boomerangs, and videos.
Instant sharing of content via text, email, or AirDrop.
Optional add-ons, such as custom overlays, video guest book, and glam filter.

Booking and Payment

Booking: To secure your event date, a non-refundable $150 deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event date.
Payment Methods: CLT Photo Booth Magik accepts Credit Card, Zelle, Cash app, and Check.
Late Payments: Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of services without a refund of the deposit.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations: Clients must submit written notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the event to avoid additional charges.
Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within the specified 30-day timeframe may be eligible for a partial refund, at our discretion.
Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will result in forfeiture of the entire amount paid.

Liability

Damage: The client is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of photo booth equipment during the rental period.
Safety: CLT Photo Booth Magik is not liable for any injuries sustained while using the booth, props, or accessories. The client is responsible for ensuring a safe environment for all guests.
Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold CLT Photo Booth Magik harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of our services.

Use of Content

Ownership: CLT Photo Booth Magik LLC retains ownership of all digital content created during the event.
Marketing Usage: We reserve the right to use photos and videos for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Client Use: The client receives a non-exclusive license to use the digital content for personal or promotional purposes.
Content Distribution: Clients may not sell or redistribute digital content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Privacy Policy

Data Collection: CLT Photo Booth Magik may collect personal information (such as names, phone numbers, and emails) for service delivery and marketing purposes.
Consent: By using our services, guests consent to the collection and use of their data in accordance with our privacy policy.
Third-Party Sharing: Guest data may be shared with the client for marketing purposes but will not be sold to third parties.

Amendments & Agreement

CLT Photo Booth Magik reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between CLT Photo Booth Magik and the client.
